Let Only
We now offer two types of let only packages, these are for the more experienced landlord. MECS will conduct the basics of a tenancy, however rent collection and any further issues regarding the property are left to the landlord once the tenant has moved in:
Premium Let only: 75% + VAT Set-up fee
(minimum of £300.00 + VAT)
- Comprehensive online marketing
- Professional photos
- Accompanied viewings
- Preparation of legal documents (AST)
- Fully comprehensive tenant referencing
- Collection of deposit and rent
- Rent will be paid by electronic transfer with monthly statement sent via email
- Transfer of all the bills into the new tenant’s name
- Accompanied move in with a member of MECS team
- Photographic inventory and check in form
Let only: 50% + VAT Set-up fee
(minimum of £200.00 + VAT)
