We now offer two types of let only packages, these are for the more experienced landlord. MECS will conduct the basics of a tenancy, however rent collection and any further issues regarding the property are left to the landlord once the tenant has moved in:

 

 

Premium Let only: 75% + VAT Set-up fee

(minimum of £300.00 + VAT)

  • Accompanied viewings
  • Preparation of legal documents (AST)
  • Fully comprehensive tenant referencing
  • Collection of deposit and rent
  • Rent will be paid by electronic transfer with monthly statement sent via email
  • Transfer of all the bills into the new tenant’s name
  • Accompanied move in with a member of MECS team
  • Photographic inventory and check in form

 

 

Let only:  50% + VAT Set-up fee

(minimum of £200.00 + VAT)
